The two- PS and Kitties-have nothing to do with each other!! But I know that Kitties are always a draw for you quilters!! LOL!!
I have been traveling around Blogland and came across a reference to "Project Spectrum" and decided to give it a look. This is right up my alley because it is loosely based and very inspiring not to mention that I LOVE the colors for February and March,. Even though I HATE winter, I love the colors of winter. (Does that make any sense??!??!) This is one of the postcards I did for the Heart2Heart project. I made the snowflakes out of Angelina fibers. See, winter colors!
I have three WIPS that will meet the criteria of blue, white and gray and I know I can get at least two of them finished. One is actually the first quilt I ever started-yep, it's still kicking around. I love the idea of working with a color theme!

The more I travel from blog to blog (yes, I am a blog hopper) , the more inspired I am by how many women are out there expressing themselves in so many different ways-not only in quilting, but knitting, photography, mixed media, paper, etc. - and the best part is they are willing to share it with all of us!! Sewww, thanks to Lolly I have signed up for PS and invite all of you to take a look at her cool idea!
And, now for the kitties..... (these guys have doubled their weight since joining our family in December!) That's Bailey on the left and Holly on the right.

What are they looking at?
I loved Project Spectrum last year! Momochromatic quilts are so fun - all of your "greens" go together in that type of quilt!
Those kitties sure are interested in something *s* Adorable.
That picture of the kitties is so cute! When I was a girl I had one just like Holly! And your snowflakes are very cute.
Bailey and Holly are adorable! I really like your blog and will put it on my list for visiting!
Hi, Annie ! Thanks for your post, and for guiding me to Project Spectrum. I just enlisted (I wish to learn on colors) and I wonder how to proceed to put the logo on my sidebar (I'm not a comp.champ !). Could you help me ?
(you'll find my e-mail nr on my blog)
Gratefully,
Big smile !
NADINE.
I'm with you - I like the colors of winter, but not winter. I bloghop a lot also, and enjoy looking at all the talent that everyone has to share. Your first quilt is so cute - and very creative.
Thanks for your e-mail, Ann ! I'm gonna try your solution.... (Cross our fingers !) LOL
Couldn't answer you via e-mail, as your address was refused by my mailer....
Thanks & smiles !
NADINE.
Wow! the kitties are getting big! They're so cute!!!
I love the colors of winter too. In fact I have a big collection of winter fabric that I will use once I can decide what kind of design will give me the look I want. I like your winter piece. We had the same idea about using angelina fiber for snow.
The kitties are sooooo cute!
Isn't it amazing how quickly kittens grow! They look so intent...it would take a miracle for my two girls to sit together like that and they are sisters!

Hi Annie, the Whisker Twins are looking as adorable as always, and getting so HUGE! How can they grow so fast???
Yah for joining project Spectrum..lots of fun and color. I like your possibilities from the WIP stack.
And the tops you got made on your recent retreat are just lovely. Very scrappy happy! Hugs, Finn
